Job Opening: Investment Analyst - California Institute of Technology

The Investment Analyst at Cal Tech is responsible for providing a wide range of support in the development and management of the investment portfolios (endowment, life income assets and licensing stock portfolio) in both the public and private markets.The Investment Office at Cal Tech oversees the endowment, trust and other assets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the investment industry, with substantial knowledge of the financial markets. This knowledge could have been gained as an investment analyst (either in a foundation, endowment, plan sponsor, private bank, or public finance setting) or investment consultant. Other backgrounds with transferable knowledge and skills will be considered.

Give Your Videos to Kids in Need
High School students Marni and Berni Barta and their sisters, Lexi (NU Alum) and Romi (NU Sophomore), started an organization called Kid Flicks. KidFlicks collects new and used DVDs to donate to Children's Hospitals and Pediatric Departments throughout the United States. To date, they have collected and donated over 25,000 movies to 250 different hospitals. Each hospital receives a "movie library" of 100 assorted films that appeal to toddlers through teenagers, rated G, PG, or PG-13.
